to increasing visitors to your site, we cannot guarantee any specific results for any specific keywords. (The Internet
is simply too big and search engines simply too varied in their approach to submissions and tend to change specification
and requirements on a regular basis.) Submissions will NOT have ANY effect for a period of a MINIMUM 4/6 weeks
and an average of 3 months. Some sites, (eg. YAHOO) will only recognise your site, and hence our promotional changes,
when an actual human being has visited the site and analysed content. This can take 6-9 months, due to queuing
system etc. Minimum contract is therefore 3 months. Promotion, once started, cannot be undone. If you change your
mind, (or location of URL/domain etc.), then you will still have to continue paying and a minimum chage of 3 months
fees will be collected/deducted, before any refunds are given. (ie. canellation notice of 3 months, is mandatory,
unless separate contract applies or statutory conditions and/or rights apply. All data taken and used in conformity
with Data Protection Act 1964. Keywords supplied, will be promoted/submitted on a rotation basis, one set of keywords
per night to each of the search engines submitted to: (Usually 7-10 engines, sometimes more) No changes in listings
are likely, in first 3-4 months. errors and ommissions accepted. All photos/text used in promotions remains copyright
of Bramble Computers. All links from Bramble Computers controlled sites, will be removed or reset to similar businesses
(competitors), should client cancel promotions at any time. |
